The Midnight Pearl Spoon

The Midnight Pearl Spoon glows like moonlight on still water. Its bowl is carved from genuine mother-of-pearl and polished to a soft, luminous sheen in shades of cream and pale gold. The handle is a mosaic of shell fragments set in resin, each one catching the candlelight differently, so no two spoons are quite alike.

Mother-of-pearl is the traditional choice for caviar because it is naturally neutral. Unlike silver or steel, it never lends a metallic note to the roe, so every pearl tastes as it should: clean, briny, and unhurried.
