Three of our most celebrated caviars, arranged in black velvet and gold. The Trilogy brings together Royal Osetra, Kaluga Hybrid, and Beluga Hybrid, so you can taste three of the cellar’s great expressions side by side.

Begin with Royal Osetra: gray-to-olive pearls with a rich, buttery depth and a whisper of hazelnut. Move to Kaluga Hybrid: large, firm pearls over 3mm, with subtle creaminess and a mild, clean finish. End with Beluga Hybrid: shimmering gray-black pearls with a creamy richness and a clean, briny finish.

Each tin sits in its own fitted cradle beside a Midnight Key, our polished gold-tone tin opener engraved in black, and a Petite Mother-of-Pearl Caviar Spoon. Everything is presented in our signature black gift box, ready to be opened at the table or given as a gift.

To Serve

Taste in the order above, with a sip of water or Champagne between tastes. The pearls are best on their own, straight from the Petite Mother-of-Pearl Caviar Spoon. You can also add warm blini and crème fraîche, or pair with chilled vodka.
